Cancellation & refund policy
This policy applies to travel services booked with Azlan Travels Private Limited. Because airlines, hotels, houseboats, transport operators and activity providers set their own cancellation terms, the conditions stated in your written quotation or booking confirmation form part of this policy and apply to that booking.
Requesting a cancellation
Send your request by email or WhatsApp using the contact details on this website. Include the lead traveller’s name, booking reference and services to be cancelled. A request is treated as received when Azlan Travels acknowledges it in writing.
How refunds are calculated
Any eligible refund is the amount recoverable from the relevant suppliers, less cancellation charges, non-refundable components and service or payment-processing fees disclosed before booking. The booking-specific terms will apply where they state a cancellation schedule.
Flights
Air-ticket changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the airline’s fare rules and applicable aviation requirements. Azlan Travels will submit an eligible request promptly and pass on the amount received or authorised by the airline, subject to any previously disclosed agency fee.
Hotels, transport & activities
Refund eligibility depends on each supplier’s rules, travel dates and notice period. Peak-season, promotional, group and last-minute bookings may be partly or fully non-refundable when identified as such in the quotation or confirmation.
No-shows & unused services
No refund is normally available for a no-show, late arrival, early departure or any voluntarily unused part of an itinerary unless the supplier approves a refund.
Supplier cancellation or disruption
If a confirmed service is cancelled by a supplier, Azlan Travels will assist with a suitable alternative, credit or refund offered by that supplier. Weather, road closures, government restrictions and other events beyond reasonable control may require itinerary changes and remain subject to supplier terms.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Azlan Travels will initiate payment after the refundable amount is received or authorised by the supplier. Bank, card, UPI or payment-provider processing may take additional time.
